Experiencing TNP as a Fellow

Individuals who participate in TNP as Fellows are offered a truly one-of-a-kind experience.  For four days TNP Fellows gather as part of a group of the world’s most creative and accomplished visionaries, thinkers, innovators and performers in one of the most storied places in the United States.

As a TNP Fellow, you will be encouraged to share and test ideas, expand and re-think assumptions and join in a creative process unlike almost any other, anywhere.

For TNP Fellows, the experience extends beyond the conference and includes a range of experiences designed to enhance and enrich your experience of the weekend itself and includes:

Fellows Welcome Reception

A special welcome reception will be held for TNP Fellows on the first day of the weekend, prior to the kick-off of the full conference.  Here you will meet your TNP hosts, Tom Scott and Kate Brosnan as well as members of TNP’s Founder’s Circle and Advisory Board.  You will also get to mingle with the other Fellows in attendance.

Attendance at all conference events

At TNP we believe the audience is as important as the presenters.  This means your ideas are critical and we want to hear them.  Your participation is key!  Fellows are expected to take full advantage of this total mind-immersion experience by attending all sessions and interacting with attendees and participating.

Fellows Post-conference Reflection

Directly following TNP weekend, all Fellows are invited to attend a post-conference wrap-up session and reception hosted by TNP.  Here you will have a chance to discuss the weekend and learn more about how to follow up on the ideas you developed.   You will also have a chance to provide feedback to TNP about your experience and how we might enhance or modify future events.

Written Reflection

In the weeks following the event, once you've had some time to think back on your TNP experience, we'll ask you to share a brief written reflection with us.

Fellows Midyear Summit

Our hope is that you take the ideas you develop at TNP and put them into action in your personal life, your professional life and in your community. To help you do this, all Fellows are invited to attend a Fellows Reunion hosted by TNP. This meeting will be about follow-up on the ideas presented at the event. It will be an opportunity for you to let us know how TNP helped or inspired you and, for us to continue to help foster and promote the work you have in progress.
