How do we reform the medieval institution that is our political system?  Larry Lessig has a proposal that is aimed directly at libertarians, appealing to the outcomes that libertarians want: smaller government, a simplified tax code and minimal regulations. Professor Lessig says we all have a common enemy in Washington that stands in the way: raging cronyism. And so while TNP 2012 presenter Grover Norquist has his No Tax Pledge, Professor Lessig is promoting an “anti-corruption pledge” which he says libertarians, and everyone, should embrace.
